Ethan Andrews Associates was established in 1997 by Lee Cosgrove, a former Human Resources / Training and Development leader with a Fortune 150 company. The firm specializes in placing information technology and engineering professionals with Colorado employers.
Problem-Solving
Lee's prior in-house executive role in hiring new key employees for a highly successful international organization provides him with a unique perspective. That perspective boils down to this: each open position with a client company represents a problem or set of problems that the company needs solved. Viable candidates need to have the skill set and motivation to 'solve' those particular problems, and related challenges, over the long-term. Otherwise, they will not be referred for the position.
By first understanding WHY a client needs a position filled, and where that position will fit within the client's organization, Ethan Andrews Associates is able to recruit and refer only those candidates whose unique skills, experience and motivation will truly address our client's unique needs.
